About
Circular Innovation Lab is pleased to announce its participation in the international conference “Decision-Making Under Deep Uncertainty”, hosted by Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). The conference brings together leading researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers to explore methodologies and real-world applications for navigating uncertainty in complex systems.
Our founder, Apoorva Chopra, has been invited as a panelist, contributing to a session focused on decision-making for circular economy transitions under conditions of deep uncertainty. Her intervention will examine the intersection of circular economy frameworks, adaptive governance, and systems innovation, highlighting how decision processes can remain resilient and responsive amid accelerating social and environmental change.
The conference will cover a wide range of themes including climate adaptation, urban sustainability, public policy, and long-term strategic planning — all within the context of uncertainty modeling and scenario-based decision tools.
Our participation reflects the Circular Innovation Lab’s ongoing commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, systems-level thinking, and innovation toward sustainable and regenerative futures.
