The World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF) is an international event that brings together business leaders, policymakers, researchers, and innovators to promote the circular economy. It focuses on sharing practical solutions, showcasing successful ideas, and accelerating the transition from a traditional “take–make–dispose” economy to more sustainable, resource-efficient systems.
The 2026 edition of this event will be held this September in India. The exact dates and location will be announced later.
WCEF2026 will be hosted jointly by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) which operates under India’s Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra.
