Green Transformation & Circular Economy

The Future of Work Academy is a youth-focused programme by UNDP Eurasia, designed to prepare young people for the green and digital jobs of tomorrow. Targeting participants from Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Western CIS, the Western Balkans, and Turkey, it addresses key skill gaps in sustainability, emerging technologies, and inclusion. 

Over six weeks, final-year students, recent graduates, and young professionals from the eligible Eurasia and nearby regions take part in a virtual learning programme that combines live sessions, self-paced modules, mentoring, and peer exchange. Core themes include digital transformation & AI, the green transition & circular economy, environmental intelligence, inclusion, and leadership & mindset.
