Commissioned by UN Trade and Development, this policy brief seeks to outline the parameters and requirements for an effective consumer label on plastics and plastics substitutes. The goal is to ensure clear communication to consumers regarding the plastic content in packaging, ensuring that sustainable products are identified and their adoption is promoted while providing consumer protection.
This comprehensive database of companies across the textiles, electronics, food, plastics and construction sectors compiles emerging and cutting edge circular economy product innovations, serving as a premier reference for those seeking to conduct research or make sustainable choices.
A global vision and roadmap for an inclusive circular economy is of urgent need for a robust and shared vision for an inclusive circular economy to help align and inform ongoing and future initiatives. Such a vision shall be accompanied through a global roadmap for collective action.
We have conducted a global benchmark review of all existing circular economy legislation around the world for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Costa Rica. It further provides recommendations on overcoming legal barriers in Costa Rica and adapting other national legislation to the specific context of Costa Rica.
We supported the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in the SWITCH to CE Value Chains within plastics project by engaging EU MNCs to develop EOIs for pilot projects with their supply chain partners in developing countries, mainly Africa and Thailand.
