ICMGP is a leading global conference on mercury pollution that brings together scientists, policymakers, industry representatives, and environmental experts to share research, discuss policy developments, and advance solutions for mercury management worldwide. The 2026 edition marks ten years since the entry into force of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, a United Nations environmental treaty, and will focus on achievements, remaining challenges, and future priorities for reducing mercury pollution. The event will count with the presence of Monika Stankiewicz, Executive Secretary of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, as plenary speaker.
